Please contact our billing office at 760-339-5620 to verify that we accept your insurance. Most plans will provide coverage for your treatments but may require our clinic to contact them for approval. We are happy to help you.

Please read the following important billing information:

  • Pre-Authorization  Insurance companies often require pre-authorization for medical procedures and exams. We are diligent in assisting patients and referring physician offices in obtaining these authorizations.
  • Deductibles/Copays  All applicable deductibles and co-pays for services performed are collected at the time of treatment. For patients with unusually high deductibles or co-pays, we may require prepayment. If needed, we are glad to assist with a payment plan.
